How to Make an Appointment
GP appointments may be booked in several ways:
Online
Please fill out the Medical Issues form and we will get back to you once your request has been triaged by our clinicians.
By Phone
If you need assistance with completing the online form above then please call our reception on 020 8758 0570. Our staff can complete the form on your behalf. They will then call you back when your request has been triaged by our clinicians.
In Person
You can visit the surgery to request a GP appointment. Our receptionists can complete our online form on your behalf if you are unable to do it yourself. We will only be able to give you a GP appointment once your request has been triaged by our clinicians.
Non-GP Appointments (e.g. Nurse appointments) can be booked by completing an online Admin Queries form – we may send you a self-book link or call you with your appointment. You can also call or visit the surgery to make your non-GP appointment.
Who do I see?

Appointment Types
We offer a range of different appointments at the surgery:
Routine appointments and Clinics
Pre-bookable for up to 4 weeks ahead. Please review our Surgery Clinics to see if the practice offers your appointment type, and duration of appointment needed.
Saturday morning/Commuter Appointments
Not able to see the doctor outside of working hours? We are able to book appointments at our Network Hub, which provides extended hours on Saturday mornings – these need to be pre-booked.
Same-day Urgent/Acute Appointments
For urgent/acute matters only (please note: there may be longer waiting times for same-day appointments).
